: honestly. i love the mc’s brother in this relationship. smth about being the younger sibling who can’t help but feel frustrated by your older sibling who you know you should be nicer to but can’t help but feel impatient with is relatable, even if it’s not in the best light. while my experiences feel diff bc it’s like a younger sister with a coddled older brother, while here it’s an overlooked youger brother with a burnt out older sister who isnt coddled no longer, i can’t help but feel strange kinship with rhe brother. i also find his interesting, just unnoticable/overlooked, since he appears detached/disinterested from everyone, including his old online friends or even his sister, but just like her, may just have issues with identifying or communicating what he really wants or feels.
