Ml will also fall in love but when he gains his sight she will leave him even before him seeing her. (Probably his male friend will make her leave saying she is not knowing her place and falling for him) And because of drama purposes she will leave (dramatic music) . Ml will search for her but since he knows her appearance as her sister, he will find her sister and realize who the actual Fl is. Then, dramatic meeting, love confession arch. Turn out Fl is actually cute but only lack self-esteem. His original fiance seems a cute girl, probably support him. His male friend will apologize for his mistake. Happy ending-done.
