Incest isn't my thing, but the uke isn't related to the semes by blood, and it's pretty smutty.

This is a simple story with endearing characters--the uke is smart but naive and loyal to his family to a fault, while the seme is kind and sincere.

I've read this several times and it just gets better and better!

Okay, now that I've been so distraught for the last half hour, I need something lighthearted to read. Love the story, but I had to grab a box of tissues.
