Akihabara Fall In Love
Hmm, I wasn't feeling it as much as the other manga in the series. It's weird and kind of cute, but it kind of missed on me, for the most part. It's weird, but in the *random* kind of weird, drawing from the brother oniisan misunderstanding to the crossdressing maid cafe(?). The Main Character didn't interest me, but I can't blame him too much because I don't really care for immediate love. Basically, he's 'dude doesn't want to be associated with otakus, then proceeds to fall in love'. But nothing wrong with all of this, of course! It's all up to preference. Also, one more thing: They don't feel like adults. The ML is /slight spoiler/ 30, and the Mc is 25, yet they act like a blooming high school couple. That is all, haha.
Sensei, Mou Dame Desu
Honestly? It was pretty nice, but god, the beginning was especially ridiculous, but in a good way. ...I probably should've looked up the tags online before reading. I read this for comedy, and I certainly got it, but it was explicit, lmao. Fun and surprisingly lovely read. It's formatted in dual POV, with the MC for the first five chapters, and then the ML for the rest. It honestly strengthened the experience, because when I started asking *why* the ML was quite adversed(?), repulsed(?) (I do not know the right words for this), I got my answer. My only comments for concern was the quick turnabout in the end, but I can let that slide. After reading this, I read Akihabara Fall in Love, and I will say this: Kudos to the Mangaka for expanding on a /weird/ side character. The weird activity I saw in the original story was fleshed out in a deeper way, and it added complexity to his character in a neat way. Essentially, it ties in the conclusion of the story, the main couple getting together, and brings it to this one as internal conflict for the ML, and I would say it was integrated well, considering that in this story he was pretty creepy, ngl. I think that the benefit of reading this story before the other one made me respect the mangaka more, because if they were able to expand on this dude, then kudos to them. — Modern-era BL artist and editor, neat concept, neat characters.
Karisuma AV Danyuu no Ore ga Omocha nanka de iku Wakenai!!!
I read it. It's...alright? Hardly remember anything, though. I think there's ahegao?
Iiko no Furi wa mou Yameru
It's smut. Read this a bit ago and all I remember is that they're both horny bastards.
Don't Call Me Daddy
Angst x Goofy Grandpa 4 or 5 stars: I practically binge-read it. My god, it hits all of my sweet spots—childhood friends, reunification, and a goddamn happy ending. Of course, there’s some misunderstandings and a healthy dash of angst, but it fits the concept. Essentially, the MC’s childhood best friend stops by asking for him to help raise his son, and he does…until he leaves, out of guilt from his feelings. Fast forward to their fifties, and he comes back, only to discover that what he felt was still there. It plays with themes of the past vs the future, including it’s ideas on homosexuality. It’s a mix of angsty, sweet, and silly, and although the manga gets slightly messy at times, I can’t really fault it because the author did a good job establishing these characters. It ends with them getting together, though, so unfortunately you don’t see much of the aftermath. There’s a few mini-comics, though, and they’re rather sweet.

‘Straight Guy’ trope played just how I like it. Great, ML’s like a sticky child. Annoying, but he grew on me, which I suppose was the point. Only thing I can note is that the cross dresser dude threw me off. A bit too ridiculous to my liking (personality) but it was the last chapter, I can let it pass. Especially with that ending, damn. Really felt those emotions there. Certainly anime silly at times, but I enjoyed it.
Galge no Sekai de Shinyuu ♂ ga Ore o Sukida to Iidashite!?
Incredibly cute.

Hedonistic SIMP x workaholic I love besotten men. HEAVY emphasis on political drama over romance. Still love it though. Can't wait for the next volume. Update: It’s good! Confusing at times, but good! Not sure about some sub-plots, and there’s a few things I’m iffy about, but overall, it’s really nice. --- Now finished. [ Workaholic and ambitious x Flirty and committed ] — Like a ‘lord’ and his ‘knight’ A little misses here and there, but I’m here for the societal plot. I’m here for the intricate costumes. And I am here for besotted men. I love their dynamic, how MC is trying to Keep Shit Together, but ML’s fooling around. At the same time, ML ain’t just a hoe; his devotion to MC gets him take working duties seriously, which I love. I love m
