Love Can't Be The Same
True Education
I actually read this on the legal website. Found it here and just had to read it again. It's captivating, has a very interesting view and perspective of corporal punishment in schools. If course these are extreme situations, not your average everyday bullying.
Non-Aid Relationship
I noticed the rating was high and extremely poor so I read the comments first to get an idea what to expect. So many people call this manga racist and disliked it for the only fact of the African people being but I didn't see it like that. I do believe that the African culture and people were over romanticized and misconstrued, and that the artist/author may not have full knowledge and/or understanding of Africa people and their culture. Also the people in the comments were only getting mad about how the African people are portrayed they weren't even looking at how the "doctor aid" in the story is a poor representation of "doctors without borders", and how the Asian doctor was made out to be a whimp and a very materialistic and selfish person when not all doctors or Asian people are like that. So, to the people complaining, stop focusing on one thing and just enjoy the story for what it is, because if you want to complain about one wrong you must admit then all. I enjoyed the the artwork, it was beautifully done. It was almost like every page was a painting with a splash of comedy. The plot was a little meh, but you can see the development between the two characters and it's really beautiful to see how they learn from each other without being able to speak with one another properly with the language barrier.
Finally Living Together with my Anti-Fan
There are moments that is completely frustrating and annoying, but you can't help but want to know what happens next. There are moments that just make you laugh. However my biggest issue is that it's marked complete by it ends with a cliff hanger. There's really no development nor resolution.
