You had me until ch 8. I know sensei is just a high schooler in the body of an adult, but was fucking a student really necessary? I know it was to get back at the bully, but ew disgusting. He’s not really a character I’d particularly root for at this point. Blech

Takes a couple chapters to get interesting and not just midly unsettling. I would recommend checking out Mitarai-ke, Enjou suru since they are rather similar. Two siblings and an incident that happened to their mother years prior. Mother is friends with a woman with the desire for a perfect life, who later ruins her’s. The daughter fakes her identity to sneak in to the woman’s home to find the truth and interacts with the woman’s own kids. Doctor father who is apparently not present. It’s doesnt have “wtf” scenes like in this series, but i found my anxiety going when plot twists occur, or when information is discovered. Really, give it a shot
