Ch7 Innocent, defenseless smoll country boy x Wary, hot toll city boy There's so much good about the story. I love the characters, even the side characters too. I love the character designs. I love the hints about the backgrounds of both of these characters and why they are the way they are. Taishin is super adorable. But he really needs a caretaker cuz he's way too naive. Takara (I love his name BTW) is your usual hot, cool but cold senpai but he's not needlessly cruel like most characters of this type. I love both of their friend groups from the little interactions we saw. They're so supportive. I also like that they're mixed gendered. Feels very college appropriate. But this is a story that really needs a 20+ episode seasons (for at least three seasons). It seems like the story wants to be told in a more slice of Life way and it's just not showcase well in a short Japanese style manga. Like you don't really get a great impact from the stalker storyline, or the sick bae storyline, or the he may be cheating but it's actually his family member storyline. Also the way they hook up is very unbelievable. These things could be done much better if the artist were working in a longer format. Makes me sad because I think there's so much potential here for a five star story with the great characters and interesting backgrounds. Gonna give it 3 stars cuz the time between updates was way too long I completely forgot the only and the last chapter didn't intrigue me enough to reread it lol
