I honestly disliked them from the start because of that piece of garbage doctor but it's started going down hill as more and more time passes until it reached the negative points with that brother scene

I didn't like it that much but it was so-so .it's 3 and half star in reality I guess.

GOD, this would have been perfect if the seme was a little older, I think the author kind of exaggerated with the age Gap maybe make him 13 or 12 if you want a big gap and the story would continue just fine
