THE ART WAS SO GOOOOOD that was my first thought when I started this book. Uke is so pretty in the early chapters and he reminds me of that boy in Ao Haru Ride aaaa he's just so damn pretty but anyway eventhough the art is pretty, the plot is a bit...meh. SPOILER: typical AO3 underground fic: young boss kidnaps an ordinary civ because he's attracted to him and forces him to stay with him and captive ends up being "protected" because he's the young boss' weakness lol. Geon was raped and abused so he ran away but he's been found by Jiheon again. Seme blackmails him and he's forced to stay with him. Uke gets a chance to destroy seme but realizes he's been toyed by seme's enemy so he changes his mind. He forgives seme and they live happily lol. To be honest, I expected this to be at least more fucked up or twisted. I almost thought Uke is gonna be with his ex in the end (though honestly it made me wanna barf ew hetero in a bl, really?) or at least stays mad at seme. sigh. I wanted to know what happened to Min :< although his last appearance implied that he was never to be seen again because of his stepfather. author has good drawing skills but I hope their plots improve soon.

HOLY SHIITTTTT like of course I know this was gonna be dark because it's Harada's work after all but I didn't imagine that the seme would be soooo fucked up. To sum it up, the seme is manipulative and obsessed with uke. He's one of the most fucked up characters I know, being able to act like a good person to manipulate. I had doubted him actually in the early chapters but I was still stupefied when he turned out to be THAT dark. He's on another level of a yandere. Riku, too, is one fucked up character as well (I relate to him tbh I like stirring up drama for other people because I find it fun). It's not the first time I read something this dark but it surely left a mark on me. I'm also glad Shou has became wary of Fuku because had it been another uke, they would've probably gave in to their abusive seme and mistake their fear for love. Uke is not like that at all. He didn't even say he likes him or anything that expresses his love for Fuku (he only hates him and also probably pity because he's a kind character although he tends to get physical). Impressive book!

whew so the seme is manipulative (as typical in Harada's works). He rides on his childhood friend's guilt and trauma from 'not being able to protect him' from that car accident that cost his leg. The uke panics whenever he worries for seme and the seme is enjoying that. He knows uke will never forgive himself until seme says what happened wasn't uke's fault but of course because he's fucked up, he doesn't. I'm rating this 4 4star because I wanted uke to somehow wake up or smth but ofc I know traumas are shit

I REALLY HATED SEME. He is the one who wronged uke but he's the one who still acts cold that bitchhhhh I really hated him but I found out that uke is just as crazy as him. I was scared as shit when they confronted each other in seme's apartment lmao and that almost-rape lmao seme would've raped him if he didn't pass out to show uke what would happen if uke stayed with him? :/// They are both so...oml if they were just straightforward with each other instead there would be less conflicts. The only time I was glad about seme is that he protected him from that osafune who had ill intentions towards uke. This was..meh but 4 stars because the art was beautiful and the smut is hot and I also love fucked up couples (IN FICTION!!). They were also cute and sweet when they finally got together so I think that kinda redeems it.

can I just say THIS WAS SO HOTTTTTTTT T_T and yeah sweet and cute af tho it does have dark tones (obsessed fan, rape, that creepy old geezer, ) I feel a love-hate feeling towards seme, maybe just like how uke feels. He's a jerk but he's also nice. I hate how seme really raped uke because I really, really wanted him not to. I wanted him to snap out of it before he does it but it was too late...sigh. He's still dwelling over that, apparent in the last chapters and I hope it was more addressed. Uke was clearly traumatized by that, and I even thought at one point "Maybe he brushed that off so his shot as actor is guaranteed. seme is his key to fame after all" lol I know that was really a cynical thought but I changed my mind guys lol uke, though. grrr he's a fool for forgiving seme that easily after 'that' but it's his choice. He even vowed to protect him and wished he would be with him forever T_T bruh im- ok I'm loveless. This was really drawn well awww I would've liked it better if there were less plot holes. But anw I love this soooo <3

I wanted uke to hate seme more and maybe better if he didn't accept him again. It makes me think he developed stockholm syndrome from all the abuse. seme protected him and took care of him?
