lmao what was that xDD okay I read this because I was looking for late requited love but geez this was tedious. I was really happy with the first two chapters because that's what I was looking for and I loved the pain but it got boring halfway through lol I still finished it though. It was cliche (kidnapping, yandere childhood friend, sickness, time skips) it was hard to take it seriously. Also, maybe it's because I'm used to reading progressive webtoons, but the transitions were too fast for me and some scenes were confusing? ike they weren't in order, but perhaps it's because of the uploader? unfortunately, it ticked me off. AND NOT EVEN A KISSING SCENE SHOWN? like fuck Chinese censorship. I understand there's no smut because it's shounen ai but NO KISSING?? it would've been better if the kisses were shown but dammit I'm so mad lol and seme is so manipulative tbh he likes guilt-tripping uke because he knows uke can't resist him. Like yeah I signed up for this but I expect him to be smoother, not manipulative or toxic smh he somehow reminds me of that jerk from 10 years I loved you most >:< but at least they got their happy ending. I love the second pairing better tbh

This is so cute!!! The art style is so calming it's literally my favorite! The color palette of pastels are so cute Okay, the story is great. I love it! It's well-written and well-drawn. It has a good balance of drama, comedy and romance. I really also love the deep, poetic lines, tho it's to be expected since it's a manhua. It's angst-y, but what made me really cry was at ch 62 damn you lin hang! but I'm happy they had their happy endings! What made this story long was actually because of lies, but let's say those were white lies. I can relate since I also lie a lot! Haha, but I couldn't lie to snag my crush. I'm contented with an unrequited love T_T but of course I wouldn't have allowed that for this!!! In the first place, what made me want to read this book was the fact that qingye and tangtang are both in love with each other, but are scared of confessing. I wish II was lucky like them too T^T Of course, because this is a manhua, no kissing scenes (actually, there are but THEY ARE CENSORED ofc fuck china's oversensitive ass censorship) or papapa lol but it definitely has plenty of sexual tensions where I wish they fucking kissed! *cries* but I accepted that when I started reading this lol so it's okay This was a good read. I also really love the second couple AAAAAAA I hope after all that pretending qiuqiu learns to become comfortable with just being himself <3
