awwww the title is actually a metaphor short but I love it. I never read a yaoi with pole dancing characters so this is refreshing for me. This is the author's debut manga and I can say it's really good for one. "In Kou's dark world came out Nagisa's colors" that got me️ the way they helped each other break free from their monsters (Kou's monster was the memory of his father, Nagisa's monster was the asshole manager and his lack of confidence). They are indeed partners for they complement each other very well.

I read the sequel before this so maybe it's why I didn't hate Masaki like I should because he blackmailed uke. This was pretty funny and sweet at the same time, really. I love how uke loved seme regardless of his physical appearance, while seme never gave up on his love. I don't see anything toxic in them so this deserves the 5 stars <3
