Ch 55 complete, I’m kinda obsessed with this story. Holy shit, these types of MLs are my absolute favorite. The whipped soft blushing MLs who only have eyes for the FL, but are also two faced and cunning and manipulative. I love it. WE NEED MORE MLs like this. He’s a male wife but he’s also a cunning smartie. UGH so cute~ and this cliffhanger is illegal. I don’t know what to make of the emperor rn…I was kinda feeling bad for him until I found out he knew about the child bullring fights…and then I just thought of him as scum. But even so I wish I knew more about his background and the relationship between the FL and the emperor, like why is she so sure she will never marry him? Does she know his evil thinkings? Idkkk but I’m really intrigued by their relationship…but overal still rooting for the cutie prince~

Review after reading the complete story. Yay the end! I did really like this story but when the time skip and going into the past arc happening it got really confusing. Like the ML & FL’s “first ever meeting” seems really paradoxical, so her future self went into the past to save the ML’s past self after she met his “future self” and fight her past self…but she couldn’t end up beating her past self and just ended up returning to the future…but in that future the ML’s remembers that past where she went to save in the past?? So it’s just all confusing like he loves her bc she saved him but she only saved him bc he loved her….but he only loved her bc she saved him …bc in the future he loves her …and wtf see it’s so circular and confusing so it still doesn’t make sense to me whatever. I am glad she was firm in rejecting the emperor and tho I liked him too I am glad they she didn’t choose him. She was right when she said he only loved her for her power. Right on. And it’s sad we didn’t get to see the ML plotting a bit more. I really like the secretly manipulative soft male wife and his physical strong wife. Such a cute dynamic
