Ch 50, complete, it started off really interesting but by the end it was confusing and disconboblaged. Apparntly the novel fleshes out the story much better but the Manhwa kinda watered it down and made it confusing so idk but what I do know is that I… IM MAD THAT THERE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SMUT IT THIS STORY!! Bro the novel had so many smut scenes, why they gotta water it down like this . Overall if they did have smut scenes I’d put this in complete best but since they didn’t have smut scenes and the plot become weird at the end Imma have to say it was eh. I mean usually I like when main characters are villains too, but tbh her motives and plans near the end were so confusing, and I couldn’t even hate other side villains bc they were basicaly the same as the main characters. Basically all the villains, including the ML and FL, we’re evil villains bc they were obsessed with someone else. Bc they were yanderes they did evil things. Well wheedeedoo, truthfully I wouldn’t liked this kind of concept if this was done well but eh

Ch 80, okay so my feelings about this Manhwa are mixed. I thought the plot and story was good but the ending left much to be desired, if anything it felt like the ending was axed….lke I liked the story bc the story made me feel a lot of things where it went from comedy in the beginning to all of a sudden drama feels train to thriller?? And then back to depression? The end was kinda bwittersweet with some characters finally being “happy” I would say…but I just wish we got more clarity on the FL and ML’s relationship coz goddamn I just wanted to know if the FL’s feelings were actually recipoetcated in the end. Coz the ML claimed it was all plantonic…and sure it’s fine if he thinks that way but if that’s the case I realy wish the FL could’ve at least moved on and found someone much better bc it’s sad seeing her out in 111000% effort in for a guy who may or may not even like her back. So leaving the ending open where we don’t even know the confirmed relationship between the two is disappointing to say The least

Ch 91 completed. Compared to other Chinese manhuas this was actually good. However, I did feel like the story dragged on forver and I was skipping through chs coz I got bored. But I do appreciate the communication and honestly between the leads, that’s so rare in these types of stories. Even before the misunderstandings can even happen, they talk it out with each other, such a healthy couple. And tbh I really liked the end for the evil sister. I didn’t want her to die, it seemed like that would be a too easy end, if anything I’m glad to see that she could finally see her “ideals” in true light and see how privileged she was the whole time. The only reason she could even spout those stupid ideals was bc she had power and privilege already to be able to do so. So I’m glad she finally could suffer and see how it’ll be like for ppl when they have no power, now she can finally see how hypocritical she was. It was a satisfying ending for a stupid and fustrating villain. Good story overall but wouldn’t reread.

Ch 96, I mean this is one of those weird stories for me…where like everything is perfect, the FL is enjoyable, the ML is perfect husband material, the villains are complex, the plot is interesting…but for some reason I just kept getting bored of it. Idk. And when the climax hit and I was starting to get interested again, the ending felt abrupt and I’m not too happy with the ending tbh. Like I feel like the fake crown prince and his arrogant wife got away too easily. Like they both lived and instead of rotting away in prison it seems the story inferred they’re gonna go on to have a new life/ beginning again….but like why…after all the bad things they did…they just get another chance just like that? Wtf. No. Rot away in prison or get executed. That’s what your punishment is supposed to be. Not “oh teehee, guess my plot didn’t work so I’ll just start a new life now” bruh. Ugh. So anyways would not reread

Ch 42, so I read till the end but damn this story sucked. I can tell the story got axed bc literally the whole story and climax happened in two chs and all of a sudden it was the end. The confession literally happened in like two panels. There’s so many unanswered questions, like does the war break out? Was the ogFL actually evil? Will the grey hair guy stop being a simp and live for himself? I guess we’ll never know. And I couldn’t we root for the FL coz she’s so dumb. She literally knows the storyline and has the OP power of memory reading…so I feel like preventing the war from breaking out shouldn’t be tooo hard right. But no if anything she actively contributes to the war breaking out. She helps the two ppl she knows will start the war. Oh why not just give the guy you know will start the war, confidential documents that could change everything. Yes so smart putting your trust in him when you know he’s a brainless simp who’ll start a war for a girl who just uses him anyways. And not to mention some events in this story were just so absurd and unbelievable. So you’re telling me that the ML knew the FL could read ppl’s memories? Like how tf did he find that out? “Oh there were signs” what signs tf.? How could any “signs” be enough evidence for you to know she could read ppl’s memories. And not only that he also knew for some reason that she couldn’t read his memeories?? And not only that he knew the reason why she couldn’t read his memories…bc she was afraid to? Wtf? All these leaps, for some reason the author makes it seem so Normal he’s able to jump to these conclusions. It makes no sense. And don’t even get me started on the emperor. Mofo is dumb as hell too. why tf would an emperor, in front of everyone at a ball, ask a little naive noble girl for political advice on what to do with a foreign prisoner?? And then not only that, he takes her advice and everyone is just like ok cool. What kind of emperor is he?? This whole story is just absurd.

Ch 42 complete, this story was mid as hell. Not even mid it was trash and I can’t believe I tortured myself reading it all. Well more like skimming it but damn it was so bad. The art is atrocious, and dialogue and pacing is so weird. Like one moment the main leads are just walking on a street and the next moment she’s trauma dumping on him. Like sis y’all just met…so weird. And then even the smut was terrible. No foreplay no nothing and this bitch realy started screaming “I’m a butterfly” during sex…what the fuck…cringe as fuck. I mean I should’ve known to drop it when I was at ch 30 and still had no idea what the fuck was going on. It didn’t even feel like much of a romance story tbh, like the ML is ig a Yandere but his character just feels so stiff and creepy…and the art being terrible too means I can’t even excuse his weird character bc he’s ugly. Ugh. I had high hopes for this story being a psychological thriller romance story but it was such a let down. Trash

ch 60 complete, I’m so glad the story is done with bc my heart wasn’t about to take it anymore. But even the ending left me a bit unsatisfied, ik what the point the author was trying to make…but idk eh it just rubbed me the wrong way. Like Ik the ending point of the story is to be like let go of the hate in the past and move on and be happy…but it just sucks that the guy who hated her in her last life gets to end up being happy with her while the one guy who always loved her since her first life doesn’t get a happy ending. So while I get the point of the story…it just feels like the author rewards the guy who hated but then became good rather than the guy who loved all along. Like it just seems so unfair. I kept rooting for the white haired guy to win but the author kept pushing the brown haired guy on us so I guess it is what it is. Even up until the end I just felt bad for the white haired guy who loved her all along. The story was good but I feel like the ending ruined it for me.

Ch 59 complete, so I was really hype for this story at first and the premise is good…but like it got really choppy near the end and the ending felt rushed so…I got bored reading it even tho the concept is really interesting…so eh the beginning was good but I wouldn’t reread this ….but deadass imagine getting a guy that willing burns himself in eternal flames for 300+ just to wait for you to be rencarinated and be with you again…the bar has raised

Ch 90 completed, new review now that I finished it. And while it story started off good, it got terrible at the end. We got no closure on why the ML bullied Seaere, and the FL really listened to the guy trauma dump about how much the ML bullied him in their childhood and all she did was “whelp I still like him tho”, which is so dumb bc she started off as being the character that doesn’t stand for the ML’s bullying but she really heard that guy’s whole trauma dump and was like boohoo I still like the ML HUHHHH. She never evem bothered to confront the ML after about why he even bullied the dude so hard. She was just focused on being desperate and chasing the ML afterwards, so cringe. And then what I was really interested about, was when Seaere said in return for him helping her, she’d have to do him a favor….but we never got to even see what that favor was. It just ended so anticlimacticly, I felt like she started liking him outta nowhere too, just felt so abrupt. So yea ending ruined this story for me. ——————— AHHHH I love these kinds of stories where everyone just dotes on the villainess. Mannn imma be honest idk who to ship the FL (maybe Larissa lmafooo) but fr I like both Sibel and Lycan can she just have a reverse harem (but then again lycan treated og Mari badly, and sibel is downright pyschopathic so)? BUT CHRIS (gatekeeper boy) he’s so pure I would’ve been rooting for him since I love the pure puppy dog type…but he just wouldn’t be able to compete with all the crazy pyscho MLs in this story (bye Chris~) And I love her little friend group, all five of them are so cute. I like how they a have their own different personality eheheh

ch 60 complete, ending was kinda rushed but overall was an enjoyable read, wouldnt reread but I did like the personalities of the ML & FL. I mean who doesn’t like a clingy puppy dog Yandere ML, and I like how the FL sticks to her ideals and doesn’t change who she is for a man. It was really hard to pick a side bc even while they were arguing where the ML just wants to keep her safe bc he’s worried about losing her again, the FL wants to be free and feels trapped in a weak fragile body, so even tho he wants her to be safe, treating her like a damsel in distress is suffocating for her. And hmmm tbh I can get why she’d feel the way she does, but I feel like her fight with Nick shouldve opened her eyes to the fact she can’t just rush into things anymore bc her body is weak now. But ugh it’s complicated bc ik she just feels trapped and suffocated in a weak body. But regardless I like the psychological emotional plot of that, wish we got to see an ending more fleshed out. But glad they got their happy ever after
