i am stunned at the endless well of creativity this author displays in not one but two interpretations of each couple that the protagonist draws, and the effortless weaving back and forth between the horror of being young and powerless and the joy of love. she never shies away from depicting difficult emotions and choices.

these are all solid but none of them really turn the corner into great. i liked the yandere best friend story the best. the three cat oneshots tied together nicely as well. whereas the maid and nonhuman oneshots barely gave me an impression, nevermind a story.
