I Thought It Was a Common Isekai Story
This is so freaking good! It stays true to its title. This is a very original take on isekai. The ML (Killian) was jerk at first, but he redeemed himself. I adored his character development. I like how the author treats the subject of sex like I've seen a lot of isekai approach it with this pure mindset and whatnot, but this is different! There is a hidden truth to the setting, a mysterious force that drives the characters of the novel to adhere to the original story. Very interesting and also splendidly written. Love the leads' chemistry.
The Villainess Wants to Enjoy a Carefree Married Life in a Former Enemy Country in Her Seventh Loop!
at first, i thought this was just a light read, but the plot is fairly complex. the ml has an interesting character. he’s kind of morally grey in a sense; he kills people, not without reason, but he does. I like how the mc is so capable. she’s well rounded from all of her previous lives, and she’s strong enough to take care of herself! love that and also how the ML believes in her. anyway, they’re both such cool characters. slow paced story, but the world building and side characters are well written
I Am the Last Villainess He Has to Kill
29 LOVING the found family vibes ngl i think people are being too harsh. the main plot is pretty cliché, but this story adds its own twist to it. even the side characters are interesting. the art isn’t the greatest, but this is worth it imo. there’s also an actual gay side couple (zanbar x jenkins) which is rare in these types of manhwa
At the Northern Fort
So cute! All the characters fawn over Milfiria. I like the found family vibes there. The MC is also the daughter of two pretty powerful spirits. Even though she’s reincarnated, her mind is that of a child’s, so you can throw that setting out the window. Otherwise, this is a pleasant, healing manga. 33
Please Don’t Come To The Villainess’ Stationery Store!
82 So freaking good. A dark skinned ML??! HE'S SO SCRUMPTIOUS LIKEEE ugh. i love how this shows platonic relationships as well. it's refreshing how dominick isn't a love interest, but rather, part of the MC's family. Everything about this is pretty uplifting. I like seeing the MC help children, comfort them, be there got them, and stuff. The revenge aspect is also pretty satisfying (tho the villains aren't out of the ordinary).
Foam of the Sea
this is insanely well written. the conflict between the north and the south feels realistic. the character development of the MC is also quite tangible. she goes from a pampered noble lady to a girl who does not care about status. her personal growth too and the themes of letting go of regret. just love that. but the ML… phew THAT PLOT TWIST WAS SO GOOD?! no spoilers but it’s been such a long time since a story has managed to rivet me like this. the characters are all nuanced, even the mc’s killer and ex-lover. art is good. really good story 45
Magic Artisan Dahliya Won't Hang Her Head ~A Free Craftsman Life From Now On~
33.2 Absolutely love this! The romance is slow, but the execution is so good! I absolutely love their mutual pining and first love vibes. It’s really interesting how the MC is a magic artisan, but I like how she doesn’t make things perfectly the first time. She works with other to improve her creations, but at the same time her modern mindset does make her kind of OP? Anyway, the writing is so realistic. Her ex is a jerk, but his mindset towards women reflects common sentiment held by men.
Otome Game no Heroine de Saikyou Survival @COMIC
Interesting! This has all the qualities of a good shounen (MC getting stronger and all that) except the MC is a girl. I like how this isn’t romance focused (so I’ve seen so far). The MC is so badass. I hope the rest of the chapters continue to pan out this way… 20.2
Welcome to Dungeon Hotel
At first, i was hesitant to read this, but it’s pretty good! Her skill is unique and OP, and I don’t mind the romance. it’s nice that the ML has some melanin. i’m considering reading the novel! 47
