Sex at the Ends of the Earth

Complete | NARUSE Kazusa | 2017 released

Review: I didn’t get as attached to the story as I thought I would. The seme is not my type. Their relationship is cute. I liked the storyline. It was okay in all.

Gozou Roppu no Koi

Complete | Torime | 2000 released

Review: Question: Why is it that whenever they’re trying to f*ck, someone walks in on them? I am just—c o n f u s i o n. Besides that, I loved the art and the story progression. This was so cute.

Ouji Wa Tadaima Dekasegichuu

Ongoing | iwaki hiromi | 2011 released

Review: This was okay. Our protagonist looked like an uke. This doesn’t seem like it will be updated anytime soon, so I’ll leave it at that. Side note: Left off on chapter 4.

A Thousand Cranes

Complete | Jung Seokchan | 2000 released

Surprisingly, this is not a story about a murderer and the pitiful witness to his crime, but rather a story about healing from your past trauma. The premise is definitely an interesting one, but what makes this story so special is the composition and the god tier writing, holy… It just makes so much sense despite the outlandish setting. The ML is really just some dude who fell victim to his father’s wrongdoings and teachings while the MC is also a poor guy with a sorry excuse of a father who left him with debt. They find solace and light in each other and promise themselves that they will make that light last forever. Pretty great message if you ask me. The author really outdid themself with this story. 10/10

Tetsunaki no Kirinji

Complete | TSUKAWAKI Nagahisa | 2000 released

Bro I read all 55 chapters of this and I feel scammed… It’s over just like that? I don’t think everything really got resolved. Even the fight with the doctor guy. Honestly just feels unfinished. I did like how it was about mahjong and the underlying themes of family. Wouldn’t read this unless you’re desperate for mahjong action. This just left me unsatisfied.

Limited Run

Complete | Eeej | 2019 released

i tried to like this. I really did, but it’s hard when the leads are stupid and the fact that irrational decisions/misunderstandings are what move the plot. How am I supposed to like their melodrama of a love story when I don’t like either of them? why did the author have to make the MC such a pushover with his “unrequited” love crap? the ML is a jerk for more than half the span of the manhwa. The ML is supposedly 32, but he acts half his age. Plus, writing is so ass like why tf was the first rape scene just glossed over. In chapter 58, the ML rapes the MC after he was SAed (he didn’t know, but that doesn’t excuse it one bit). the art has to be the only redeeming quality of this manhwa. this genuinely sucks ass. i don’t understand the hype at all
