okay so the translations are so so shitty but zombie apocalypse and the top seems to know the bottom but he doesnt know him back the bottom is s rule follower the top would die for the bottom ----- A dead man's switch is a switch that is designed to be activated if the human operator becomes incapacitated, such as through death/loss of consciousness- The ML has scars that the MC said looked as if no human could survive it- especially the one around his neck, looked like he was nearly decapitated. From the very first scene of them together, the ML seem to already know the MC, despite the MC can’t remembering a thing- it could just be a typical yaoi plot point, like the mc helping him out when he was younger/ he fell in love one-sided, been stalking him enough to know things, but the later scenes seem to imply the ML knew him intimately. It also seems like it wasn’t the ML’s first rodeo- he’s competent as fuck with the axe, seem to be confident that some of the people they meet was going to die- we could chalk it up as him not caring about anyone else, but it’s also likely that he’s seen it happen. He also said stuff like “usually it’s over before you get hurt” and “you’ve never gotten sick before” is this a mistranslation, or did ML just revealed that it all HAS happened before. There’s also moments when he sees the MC dead, saying that he looks so pretty even when dying. Maybe he’s fucked in the head, or it happened enough times. He also kept mentioning how it doesn’t matter if everyone else dies, but mc shouldn’t. He’s smitten, in love, obsessed/ whatever you wanna call it with the MC, but it does feel like there’s more- he said that the mc “kept sacrificing himself for people” - early on, like why would he say that when the mc hasn’t done anything sacrificial yet? Maybe he did it previously, multiple times, and he kept coming back to life, with no memory of any of it. Hence dead man switch. Maybe its like a time loop, a paradox of the MC & ML coming back to their zombie infested university with psycho killer students, like a fucked up video game-ish purgatory. I could be wrong, and this is really just a zombie themed manhwa with an unhinged & sexy ML and clueless but kind hearted MC. Haha EDIT: Also MC dreamed of the zombie thing happening, which became silly, picturing his zombie professor making him do a presentation lol- I forgot about this, but MC doesn’t seem like a video game type of person, so it’s likely he’s dreaming of stuff he HAD LIVED THROUGHHH What I think happend… In the first loop or the first loops MC helped ML and now ML feels grateful for him and probably fell for him after a while … And the Trigger for restarting the loop is ML… His scars would make sense then, literally a scar on the neck looks like a wound you could die from … He cares that MC survives cause if he dies it just restarts, but if MC dies then ML will loose him forever … That’s my theory

All the shelters are being overlooked by an AI created by the second master. the AI is called "mother" it serves as a base for all of Rainbow city's information AND security camera that sends footage straight to the second master. Additionally, there is a rebel group hell bent on taking down rainbow city called "the garden of eden" who beliieves rainbow city is corrupt and is in the shadows trying to do whatever they can to gain influence and take it down. in the bible, the garden of eden had 4 rivers and a serpent, hence the words names written by the second master, I can tell you now without spoiling that those names are related to the garden of eden. The garden of eden released a "vaccine" which is bad for Rainbow City because if a rebel group made a vaccine before the government, then its a bad look for the government so they deemed it as "fake" Dr.Seok is suspicious of Rainbow city because first of all, if you look at one of the names written down by the second master "Wonho", wonho was executed for being a rebel and thus had relationship with the higherups in the garden of Eden but what's suspicious is how the second master knew all those names where associated with the garden of eden? and second, Dr.Oh and how he was conveniently killed plus the recording he heard of his will where he tells Dr.Seok the city was preventing him from contacting Dr.Oh while Dr.Seok was at jeju. So he's investigating but Major kwak is telling him to stop because it'll get him in trouble with the higherups.

If the now Huimin find out about the happy world he's living actually aren't the real world but a daydream from depressed Huimin, his innocent and happiness might shattered.
