Uke is raped by someone in his baseball club after they knocked out the rest of the rapist club. Then, as he can't take suppressant medication as it will effect his playing, he is coerced into sex with the rapist. Then a guy who likes the rapist has the key to the uke's collar and threatens to bite him if he doesn't help him with getting together with the rapist 1 (first rapist). Then to get close to rapist 1 rapist 2 has coerced sex with the uke. Eventually things lead up to the three of them having sex together in the third chapter and they seem like they will continue, and the uke looks a little more interested in the sex that time. This was the build up of the uke going to quit the club so the 2 rapists could be happy, but they both seem concerned about his happiness? The two alphas also both simultaneously bite the uke so it seems like they are stuck somewhat together now. So maybe they will achieve happiness? Its just smut.
