I can't help but compare it to the actual novel and the ending just feels super rushed and cuts the story so much that it's frustrating. . . You don't get to see any of Chikayuki's kids or find out how he got transmigrated to the world of beast men in the first place I do love the comic in its own way but I'm just really upset by the final chapters :
