The characters might come over as annoying in the beginning, but at the ending you'll have fallen in love with them :) The character development is great and so is the plot. The art style doesn't look that old at all! (Only the clothes might come over as old.) Just read it! ;) Edit: funny how anno 2021 the problematic parts are so much clearer to me. Kanae is scum. And the clothes actually look fashionable again now, lol

I personally really liked this, but the comments make clear it's not everyone's taste. First of all the art style takes some time getting used to. I think the mc was a very interesting character. He wasn't that likeable, but he knew what he wanted. Sometimes he was borderline rape-y, which I don't approve of of course. But he's interesting! The seme was interesting too. At first he seemed like a jerk, but then he turned out to be a closeted soft romantic boy. (Though he was so insensitive towards that girl!) They never really define their relationship, but I feel like they didn't have to.
