I saw a comment saying that Minho was a victim but he was really… a broken villain. He is a very broken person who can’t stand being a mediocre writer. Doona actually deserves Haesol. Doona rejects Haesol feelings in the beginning so she doesn’t hurt him. She’s even honest with the girl. Haesol truly loves her whereas Minho didn’t genuinely love her and was jealous of her writing success and even admits near the end he was jealous which is why he hurt her so much. He even beats the shit out of Haesol ch 108. He’s actually very manipulative and only uses Doona. Don’t get me wrong Doona uses him too. But he is no solo victim. Doona tells Minho to leave many times and he doesn’t. She says he can walk away. Sure he’s humiliated but he always calls and asks for her. Minho wants Doona sexually but they aren’t compatible because he fights submission. Whereas Haesol accepts Doona’s submission. But you can tell Doona likes Haesol and cares if she hurts him. Doona nor Minho truly cared if they hurt one another. Very spicy, sexy, and dramatic. I would have liked to see the other girl’s new relationship develop. *sigh*
As for BL side story Minho is deeefinitely the victim. Yikes! Poor Minho for sure.
Ch 7 reveals more of what Minho does to others but this does not excuse the rape he endures. You also get a glimpse of how Minho was poor in ch7-8 which explains his dependency of money and need for success.
