The ending was underwhelming I wanted to see more of this couple but i guess that was it. it is what it is

Damn that felt really short. I liked the pacing but I wanted to see her with the two other kids and wanted more from the king and katrina.

Firstly, the art is beautiful every panel felt like looking at a renaissance painting. And for the story, I love the realistic story and portrayals of the characters in this story is. It gave us a glimpse on what the nobility, the church, and life was in the past, how fucked up the church's system was in the past. The story in itself is beautiful, it showed the struggles of a young widowed lady taking on a role that was too much to handle of someone her age.

I don't ship them but bro the art is so beautiful and the plot is so interesting. Hopefully there's a continuation.
