Lost in the Cloud

Ongoing | Kim Pas | 2000 released

103 94-ehehehe they kisssed longer in the movies and it's so cute rn 88- WHAAAAAT????? cyris asked him out???? to help him out in the moment but still 82- this story is so frustrating chp- 53, Dude's pissed and jealous (reread) This is SO SAD!!! I cried really hard, it hurt, Skylar's backstory is too sad. He had a childhood friend who he developed feelings for and accidently kissed drunk, the dude told him to go die and then the next day he was all calm and shit and said he liked it and to try it again (obviously tricking him), he blindfolded him and told him it was him but he made him kiss some other nerd dude and Skylar was left in shock, crying at the school for hours. He punched him the next day but then the dude started to bully him/ get people to beat him up...it was so sad. Also the ml's mom took his dog Candy to the vet without telling him (his favorite dog he grew up with) and told him it probably ran out the door, the dude was so heartbroken it hurt... the dog was ok but the whole scene was not to read.

Between the Stars

Ongoing | Artic fox | 2019 released

60- rn the ml thinks they should distance themselves cause there's a rumor being spread about him pushing someone down the stairs. They're a couple now, and i'm sure the mc is going to talk to him/ convince him otherwise soon. UGH I love the couple. Bro, everything about this story (until chapter 60) was so satisfying to read. The ml had pushed the mc's brother down the stairs (later you find out they made a small deal for it for one to get pain- his brother was a bit suicidal- and the other to escape a little-the ml and his overbearing mother...the ml never actually pushed him though, the brother let himself fall down). The mc was originally mad and went to find the guy who pushed his brother down, gave him a punch to the gut, and that's how they met. Later, the ml starts working at the same store the mc is working at and they get to know each other better. I loved how every small detail was communicated, and once the misunderstanding was cleared, they clicked together really well. It was suuuper cute, they started as friends and you got to see the moments where they liked each other but didn't realize it, to when they did realize their feelings, to them "practicing" to kiss once and not long after, them both confessing. The side characters (the mc's older brother, the caretaker of the mc-rich family-, the mc's friends, and the brother's soon to be friend/lover? are all interesting and have something to add to the story. The brother and the mc went through a fight at one point, they both lost their parents in a car crash as kids and had trauma/ emotions they never talked about with the other. In the end, they both talk about it and were able to be closer by opening up with one another. Plus I love the sibling dynamic, it's cuter when you have a younger sibling yourself. The story goes over grief and the importance of communication, and has (almost 100% sure) two couples. The main couple and the brother and the orange haired dude who he's getting closer to.
