Nephew seems to have just been a plot builder since disappeared from story

Well written slightly twisted yet wholesome. Broken people trying to keep themselves together. 2 rich brothers on abusive and in the closet gay, obsessed with a guy who wanted unconditional love like a pet, he was trained to be like a dog and to overcome his sexual urges. The sadistic brother was trying to fight his attraction. He was being married off by his incompetent father then his brother saved his pet. They balanced each other and organically fell in love, they fit like a puzzle unintentionally filling and refueling each other. Jealous abusive brother tried to break them apart due to jealousy but made his brother grow more serious. Prior he was someone who accepted anyone affection but wasn't brave enough to accept their heavy emotion and the responsibility that came with it. I typically like omegaverse stories. Almost halfway through on ch 20 but it's eh so far. There's smut uncensored so if you're looking for that it's here. If you like full consent, wholesome stories this probably will make you feel uncomfortable. My first thought as beginning this: Ian is a another trashy manipulative Alpha/ML. Ian is handsome but he's not very likable, although he's not the worst alpha ever but is still controlling manipulative trash. Saw his father he's trash too guess it's genetic Noah character feels weak, does not give a strong impression. He's a typical meek naive omega/MC. The kind you find in an annoying shoujo with an overbearing ML who can treat you like trash but bs circumstances and situations make it so you inevitably can't escape them. The level of irritation and toxicity that would leave you feeling utterly frustrated. I'll probably read till the end later just to know the ending but not feeling hopeful for this story
