Tokyo Revengers

Complete | Wakui Ken | 2000 released

I could sit and talk for hours and hours about Tokyo Revengers. It's very well written and makes us want more every moment. After reading each chapter you end up wanting to know more about who Takemichi Hanagaki is fighting, and as it goes: each death, each fight, each gang, each tear makes you want to understand more. The more I read Tokyo Revengers the more I got carried away with Takemichi, he's fighting, not just for Hinata Tachibana, but for everyone he's befriended to save them from a terrifying future. Takemichi is a great protagonist and deserves much more recognition for his strength and mental stability because honestly I couldn't take that much punch without giving up.

Jujutsu Kaisen

Ongoing | Akutami Gege | 2000 released

I like how well Itadori Yuji was written, apart from the part where he swallowed the sukuna's finger, that part was disgusting.

Juujika no Rokunin

Ongoing | Nakatake shiryuu | 2019 released

You know when you ask who let so many schizophrenics escape the asylum? It's not something you casually wonder about, but you will when you read this fucking manga. It contains scenes of bullying, rapes, murders and thousands of other things that will make your stomach turn, I recommend you read it, even though this story is pretty heavy and detailed for any age. Kyou-chan, you can't read this, but I really hope you pay for everything you caused to Uruma.

Apocalypse No Toride

Complete | Kuraishi Yuu,Inabe Kazu | 2011 released

I have no criticisms of this manga, there is no reason for negative reactions when they have such well presented characters and a breathtaking narrative. The plot is intriguing and sad, showing how teenagers would react to a zombie apocalypse and how they would fight forces beyond their conscience. The characters and the way they are presented automatically creates affection for them, the troubled past is exactly the same reaction that a person with some trauma would normally react. I don't blame them for being the way they are, they are both an average of 16-18 years old, still transitioning into adults. The story and art are wonderful, the manga is just perfect.
