Thanks I fucking hate it- there is nothing romantic about the way Hugo absolutely loses himself like a mad dog. It’s not puppy like- it’s predator like. I hate how he instantly threw himself at someone he doesn’t even know and then basically raped him in the alleyway- I MEAN THERES NO DENYING THE FACT THAT HAL SAID NO. NO DENYING IT WHATSOEVER. And I don’t care how much bullshit French poetry Hugo barfs up, it’s still psychotic to act that way to someone you don’t even know. I almost hate him more than Tomoya. Literally can’t decide which relationship is more toxic. BOOOOO- it’s not over but I’m done reading it
