A Royal Bride at the Sheikh's Command
FANTASY
Fantasy was definitely the appropriate name for this manga. For this to be the proper therapy for a young girl who was traumatized by being gang raped is total fantasy. I would say that it is the supposed premise behind the story that is the most toxic thing here. After reading "Chicas Muertas (Dead Girls)" by Selva Almada, a story of this silly caliber is definitely sending a very wrong message.
No Man of Her Own
I saw the author's name and had to try to read it to see if she was actually capable of writing a decent story. I had read several of the actual novels in the past that my mother owned and didn't care for them. After this one, I have decided that the author's fantasy world is definitely an unhealthy one, peopled with characters that are more cliche than human. As for the writing, it reads more like Daphne du Maurier fan fiction written by an adolescent.
Always Love
Really, Really Bad. Doesn't get any dumber than this.
Bride of the Sheikh
Good Lord this is bad. After ten pages, I realized that I’d lose way too many brain cells if I finished it. If I read the whole series, I’d be a vegetable on life support.
Kat's Pride
Amazing! I read ten pages and realized that every character depicted so far was breathing air that could be put to better use, like filling bicycle tires. And what kind of father puts his daughter in a situation where a rich F@#kboy has complete power over her? To turn her into a better, more responsible person? Euthanasia is the only recourse to deal with him.
Satin & Scandalous Affair
My, my... Everyone connected to this family must spend their entire life wondering who their father really was.
The Husband She Never Knew
El Barfador! My God, that was bad. The dude and both fathers belonged in either an inescapable insane asylum or a maximum security prison. Oh yes, and the FL was a complete idiot.
