A Ring to Claim His Legacy
I liked it. The ML had some baggage (a lot) but seemed to be getting over it. If her father punched the ML, I wonder why the dirtbag ex seemed to get off scot-free. After all, little Gavin had been engaged to her for two years (with all the, er, perks) and dumped her just before their wedding, leaving her to clean up the mess. Maybe that's why he disappeared to Hawaii with his new skin and bones love and violent papa was taking out his anger at Little G on the ML.
Bringing Up Babies
I really enjoyed it. Loved the creep falling down the front steps into a puddle. The kids were both cute and hilarious.
The Italian's Passion
I really enjoyed this one. It beat the tar out of the others that were posted the same day. It was great not feeling that the ML would be improved after a physical encounter with a baseball bat or that the FL had all the judgment of a high school student on crack. The characters were fun and they acted like real people - real sane people, that is!
Captivated by the Greek
Amazing! It was by Julia James and I didn't want to execute the ML. Will wonders never cease.
The Sicilian's Defiant Virgin
Not bad. I enjoyed it. ML was pretty dumb and stubborn, but not a horrible person. FL was pretty cool, and didn’t melt and lose all her critical faculties like so many HQ women. I liked the fact that she didn't immediately forgive him for lying to her and trying to trap her.
Dark Oasis
Decent story. Not the most memorable ever, but a nice read.
The Tycoon's Delicious Distraction
I liked it. The story was good, the MCs were decent people with no hideously annoying character traits (a Harlequin staple, unfortunately), and the side characters, with one obvious exception, were kindly and good people. The mangaka did an excellent job making it an enjoyable reading experience.
The Baby of Their Dreams
It was well done, a serious, mature plot, well though out, and not contrived.
Desert King, Doctor Daddy
A bit cliché, but I liked it. The daughter was the cutest.
