Keichi and Shingo are both doing this relationship thing for the first time, and they both suck at it. If Keichi understood anything about relationships, he would have talked about the move to America issue with Shingo before he made the decision by himself. Because he didn't do that, Shingo took it as Keichi running away to America with the director guy. Keichi just saw it as a long term job, he hasn't even told the director guy that he broke up with Shingo.
