"Don't be deceived by the written synopsis because the hidden elements of this story is very engaging. Rin and Maki are childhood friends that were and still are inseparable. we see Maki, the adorable with girly features transform to a determined man, a man who is not afraid of expressing his emotions. He seems a cry-baby but beneath that facade, we see a very capable man who knows when to attack! On other hand, we have Rin, a boy who is strong enough to bully Maki sometimes, his fists are always on stand-by, but his heart is trembling with a mixture of feelings, love and shame at the same time. We see him push Maki so that he doesn't lose him if he acted on impulse and in some occasions he had to resort to his fists, but later we see that other delicate side of him, the side where he is sad of being alone and away from Maki. A great addition and enjoyable read" Moi: Uke takes it like a champ, pain and all...so manly! nosebleed *.* While seme refuses to switch sice he's a crybaby and doesn't want to get even a little bit hurt xD

"The seme is a pretty rare find. Not many yaoi characters like him." I agree, this seme is so manly and shaggy, yet so sweet and caring. Even the way he's drawn is unique. Loved it. Also, I absolutely adore this author, his drawing style is so unique, warm and beautiful, just like his plots. Edit: read it again in 2020, still cute. Not really a fav anymore, but it's still heartwarming.
