This was so good???? Very sexy smut + beastman, which is a winning combo to start with. More than that though, it’s a surprisingly heartwarming romance about two lonely people finding someone who fully accepts them and would stay by their side no matter what. Senka and Dietrich/Dieter falling in love was adorable, and the bonus hurt/comfort of Senka being there to accept Dieter’s other form AND even lust and receive his lust in return was A+ stuff. Quite amusing that Dieter is really just a huge tsundere with a small jealous/possessive streak, while Senka is actually the seductive, surprisingly calm and scheming one. Their dynamic starts off hilarious with the “violent beastman” wrong footed by someone who isn’t scared of him, and quickly grows into love and devotion.

STUNNING art (Dev is just… wow), and really sweet romance. It did lack a little oomph plot-wise though - always felt like we were just scratching at the surface of a really meaty story. But in the end we never do find out what happened with Dev’s family.

Up to & incl ch71 - sooo sweet and sexy and sensual; I love the slow, deliberate sex they had at Jeju, can they just stay there and explore their love forever? Now it looks like we’re back to thug mess and upcoming angst with idiot green hair
