It's a shame about the rape chapter, because it was going SO well. It was pure fluff and really cute, the comedian brothers are adorable and Yuuki was mostly sweet despite a few rich boy jerk antics early on, and then out of the blue he has a 180 degree personality switch for a chapter & rapes Noboru out of anger wtf?! Noboru blaming himself & apologizing for angering him made it even worse; even though it switched back to pure sweetness & fluff afterwards, that chap really soured the story for me.

Rei & Akira are so cute they give me cavities! Super-possessive and lovey dovey Rei is my favorite & it's refreshing to find a straightforward/honest uke who isn't in denial like Akira - totally ticks that hurt-comfort box. Only complaint is that wtf open ending - need more!

Jinnai and Reiichirou's relationship was adorable to watch; appreciated the surprisingly realistic way of dealing with relationship obstacles and depicting the (sometimes difficult battle with maturity). Only downsides was how umconvincing it was that Reiichirou fell for Jinnai at first - he was obviously on rebound and even Jinnai admitted that he pushed him, plus Jinnai got a bit rapey once or twice. At least he beat himself up about it sufficiently afterwards? He was sweet and hilarious 98% of the time, so. Loved the twist with Kijima going for the seme instead of the uke too.

Fumi and Shunpei are ridiculously hot/adorable together & love the best friend/childhood friends dynamics. So often "childhood friends" in yaoi act like they haven't been around each other half their lives. Both having well-built bodies with muscles is a bonus; no thin, girly uke body. Their roles can be interchangeable tbh; I wish Shunpei would finally take up Fumi's offer to let him top; should be hot. Just wish Fumi was less pessimistic and so easily jealous. I swear he is only seme in bed - everything else he just gives up, get's depressed and forces Shunpei to take initiative before he'd have the guts to say what he wants.

Maya is SO HOT. Once the feelings are mutual, they are lovely and so adorable - it is almost possible to forget that it started with rape and blackmail.

Just the kind of brotherly angst I like, plus a jealous, possessive and desperate seme hits the spot. Wish they had more time being together and happy rather than wasting so much time going round in circles & then a rushed ending. At least it was cute.
