Kircher w/ his psychic ability might be able to combat Monarch's head, who presumably has brainwashed all of his underlings into making them follow him
Lucas/Luca was kidnapped by Vintage (member of criminal organization Monarch), the Police HQ Director Nathan Zachary was killed, Xian Yu was knocked unconscious in the process of trying (but failing) to save Lucas/Luca, Nathan's (presumed) widowed wife is beginning to move
