Koi da Ai da wa Sateoite

Complete | Amamiya | 2017 released

this mangaka’s work always draws me in. the chapters are so beautiful but how everything is drawn - the specific art style is what I love the most. this manga is a 10/10 and I am so happy that the seme reassured the uke that this isn’t a game and isn’t just sex friends. love comes from unexpected places and im happy they accepted and didn’t run from it.

Koitomo Triangle

first story is hands down great. but the uke should be with the sex friends in my opinion.

I wasn’t too sure about this felt hesitating and did think I would make it for but I was wrong. the angst is heavy but it keeps your drawled in. the story is nothing special pretty basic. it’s a simple read that when i’m done i’ll probably forget but for now it’s enjoyable. I just finished chapter 44 and I am extremely proud and pleased. the love interest did something unforgivable and I would’ve dropped this if the mc played dumb but in the end he says “give me a chance to hurt you too, exactly how I learned from you.” that had me stand up on my feet and cheer. they are probably end game but I’m still excited to see the seme suffer. i’ve finished the first couple - i’m pleased with how the author went about the main couple. although the seme did some unforgivable things all relationships have their flaws. he suffered and even before the mc left I could tell he was loved. the distance they spent apart was what they needed to grow and figure out what they wanted. the mc was able to find strength and a voice. the seme was able to find emotions and compaction. overall this was good and I can tell they have mutual feelings. now for the cutie pies story. chapter 71 is the most hilarious shit i’ve ever read. all finished. the second couple was lovely. i’m not sure why but the love interest for sun-yool constantly had my attention. overall I didn’t expect much but the story went well and all worked out. it’s not perfect or something i’ll remember but it was enjoyable while it lasted.

Gelateria Supernova

Complete | KITAHALA Lyee | 2015 released

this was way too cute. the way they are completely infatuated with each other is something i really hope for one day. to spend a weekend just being spoiled with someone you deeply love sounds like such a beautiful thing. this story seemed ss if it could be real, it didn’t feel like something irrational or crazy. it was wholesome and filled with desire.

Namae mo Shiranai Machiawase

Complete | Mizuhara Zakuro | 2016 released

wow, the first couple just wow. their chemistry is through the roof and the sex they have together is next world. to find someone as kinky as you love it. i find it hilarious how the seme has to keep all sense of reason for both of them, especially in the taxi. i really enjoyed the story of the first couple. i think the author made something fun, sexy, and creative. those two are just very horny but it’s somehow romantic.

The Only One Who Didn't Know

Complete | Domino | 2016 released

this manga was a bit confusing until i went to the comments which helped it make more sense. the uke went through a traumatic event and the dying guy saw him as a poor lonely puppy. if it’s true that the dying guy orchestrated the gang rape to give the uke leverage/blackmail over the bullies he was still in the wrong. in the end this manga did end up being on the dark side but also the seme was a king for not giving up, staying persistent and strong.

this wasn’t my most favorite of the author's work. i couldn’t feel their emotions much and it felt unnatural. i felt the uke was rude to the seme but he admitted his wrongdoings. him being hesitant to face his own emotions and discussing it with the seme was an important part of the story. it does upset me that the seme slept with other people but he wasn’t in the wrong, the uke told him to and suggested there was no future for them. i was happy that when the uke discovered the seme did sleep with other people he didn’t blow it out of proportion. overall the manga was good, it shows some difficulties homosexuals face in the real world. something as simply as holding hands can feel shameful. in the end, i rated it 4 stars because it felt like something was missing to me.

Doutei ni Ai Nante Sakebenai!

Complete | Yamada Papiko | 2000 released

hehe i love this. it was funny and extremely cute. i didn’t expect the uke to have such a dark past. i wonder why he slept with his brother's boyfriend and what a plot twist it’s one of his classmate's older brother that his best friend has a crush on. im happy they ended up together and everything was sorted out. i hope they have nothing but good things coming their way.

1 vision 1

Complete | Upi | 2000 released

short and beautiful. the sex scenes, the way the bodies were drawn, and how they moved was incredible. sadly there isn’t more but i’m happy with what there is. it’s short but still deep, begging full of resent and no sure if you can be happy is a saddening feeling. the seme was kind, loving and genuinely wanted his hyung to be happy.

one is traumatized, broken, and unable to fully accept himself because of his family. the other one is frail and lonely. but when they are together we have serious and a goofball. a cruel world we live in that makes us feel the need to lie to ourselves. love is love but it has invisible rules that we can’t escape from. the realization that he would never be able to properly hold a woman bright him to tears. what hurt was that he cried because he realized that holding a man was nothing he thought he would experience and he was able to truly face his sexuality. parents would rather never speak to us again than learn to love us for who we are and I think that itself is a much greater sin than us loving the same gender. I think the author created a beautiful story that brings light to the dark side we face. the rejection. the abuse. the painful words. the loss of one's true self. I enjoy how this was represented.
