cant get enough of this !! also i get that people don’t really like how “quickly” the first couple was “resolved”, but i think that’s just the author’s pacing. they’re still figuring things out imo (i’m on chapter 31 rn) and as someone who has a partner with ocd and anxiety, and as someone who is still personally struggling with anxiety and whose ocd isn’t what it used to be, i honestly get where the first couple is coming from. love this author a lot. love this manhwa a lot. about to drop all my money on tapas to support lol

Sigh, okay. I’m going to start by saying that I absolutely LOVE Nakamura Asumiko. Dokyuusei is one of my favorite manga/movies and it’s comfort content for me. BUT, and I say this with my full chest, this sequel really felt like I was reading Lolita all over again. I love the art personally, and the writing is just absolutely beautiful. It’s poetic. It flows. It’s amazing. But I just can’t condone the age gaps - at all. So yeah it’s like Lolita and it’s not meant to be taken literally but there are people that will. It’s literally pedophilia, even if they wait until graduation. And Ari and Hibiki? That’s even worse. Sigh (again). TLDR, love this author, love Dokyuusei, but the age gaps are just too much for me, sorry. Will still continue supporting Nakamura Asumiko tho!! xoxo
