this was actually kinda painful lol - like the process of kiumi realizing he likes shizume but invalidating his own feelings. that so sad to see happen to someone, esp when the other person seems cold & indifferent. i was doubting shizume’s feelings but the bed dialogue proved me wrong lmao i appreciated the translation notes in the first chapter!! not much would’ve changed if it wasn’t there but it was still nice to read lol
