I'm disappointed. I saw a 33-chapter comic, thinking it's a lovely story about the heartstruck demon and a cutey human.
The start was hilarious and the humor kept on going then they pulled my heart with their cuteness!

Like I get it. It was to emphasize their devotion through years of cycle of reincarnation. It was actually sweet.
BUT BUT BUT while we're seeing this, we're being fed with toxic "romance" about the other couple.
Like what, are Nicholas and Daegul just the intermission number for this disaster "couple"?
So someone can tell the rapist that if humansget to live too long, their bodies won't die but their souls will???
No thanks. Nicholas and Daegul HAVE CHEMISTRY WITHOUT PROBLEMATIC PLOT. They both understand boundaries. Hell, Nicholas even lectured Daegul about consent even if the feelings are mutual. Like that shit sold me!
But yeah no, flush that chemistry down the drain for the toxic "couple" to shine~~~
Like it got a good thing going. I was even contemplating if Daegul's early death was a good move for this comic. IT WAS CHAPTER 15.
It is a 33-chapter comic, maybe this story is not just Daegul's current life story but also his past and future reincarnations' story. SURELY THAT MUST BE IT!!
haha no wrong. I cannot emphasize how disappointed I am. I can't give this a 5-star because of the direction it took on season 2. I can't also give it something lower than 5 because Nicholas and Daegul deserve more.
If the season 3 is real, then maybe that season will save this series.
So yeah, long story short, I would sell my soul to give those 18 chapters to Nicholas and Daegul and give them more time to grow as characters.
(But maybe season 3 will be about the Boss and the Kid who summoned him)
