Season 1 Review: Characters: 3.5/5 Story: 4/5 Action: 5/5 First was addicting and I was looking forward for the Jeju Arc but because of lack of good story transition, the decision of Jin-woo felt too edgy or a lazy excuse to make him shine by killing of possibly strong characters. The supporting characters and Jin-woo's interaction with them on the start was good. But after the retirement of the healer girl, the supporting relationships keeps getting worse and worse. If you're a supporting character, you'd either be a blushing mess or a canon fodder and if you're lucky, you'll get your character development before you either die, retire or completely forgotten by the manhwa. Jin-woo as the main character is pretty good. He's OP but he's cool. I can still see his past self after reawakening which is good but it's only a little like 5% if you're a stranger but 40-70% when you're an old comrade. I blame some chapters for their fast to super sonic transition ranging from horrifyingly tasteless to satisfying. Action scenes we're good. No shit there. If I want to enjoy this, I'll have to turn a blind eye to some lazy writing and transitions because overall it's a good OP manhwa. I read it for the OP-ness.
God, I want to kill that bastard!
