The adorable manga is less about the smut and more about the character build, the uke is charismatic and popular with women - which causes the seme to view him as a sort of a rival. They’ve become nice coworkers until the seme finds out the uke is both gay and living with an abusive ex.

I assumed it would be a shallow plot and a multitude of scenes w/o consent… was pleasantly surprised at the plot development and cuteness, the two are actually nicely fleshed out and I was rooting for them till the end.
