Many readers are confused with the main lead's gender, well it cannot be help especially since the summary called the lead a 'male', but I do think she is a woman to begin with. Her physique is just broad and manly before the battle that disfigured her whole body. No gender change happen, but her total physical appearance and even her voice changed after the 'surgery' where her present physical appearance is made to suite the emperor's taste according to the manga. The art is beautiful. The plot is so-so but I plan to keep reading it still. I'm sorry but I'm a s@cker for eyecandies, boys I'm looking at you.
