Jishou Akuyaku Reijou na Konyakusha no Kansatsu Kiroku
This is the best. I first read this through a novel translation and I already loved it there. But now that there’s a visual representation of that novel through this webtoon, I’m overjoyed. I love Bertia, the female lead who was too-innocent-to-be-a-villainess, and Prince Cecil, who found the female lead to be interesting at first but then fell in love as time passed by. This is hilarious and full of romance. There are some chapters were I shed tears but it’s all worth it. This is a very good read. Would recommend this 10/10.

Originally, I gave it a 5/5 star rating because the beginning chapters were intense and suspenseful. But as the story progresses I do not know what's going on anymore. Ianna is still as badass as ever but the story keeps dragging on that I do not know where this manhwa is heading. The art style keeps changing from time to time too, I cannot help but get distracted because for someone like me I tend to like consistency but that's just me sooo reading this is up to you guys. (^-^;) Will still probably read it.
