Interesting. Guy that toys with men falls in love, denies it to himself, cheats because that's what makes sense to him, then endures a decent round of soul-searching and not taking care of himself out of angst for refusing to accept his feelings and hurting the person he loves. And the guy who was cheated on actually has a backbone, and doesn't reconcile until the evidence of just how badly affected the top's health is is right in front of him. Dramatic, but effective.
