IMMEDIATE TEAR FLOODS!!!!!!!! That was one of the best heartfelt/tear jerking scene ive seen in a while oohhhh its so warm and sweet TT Fluffy angst come at me!!!!!!!

Characters are well written to the high heavens my god i love how the story has eric’s perspective most of the time, hes such a genuine, kind guy that in the eyes of the court he seems peculiar instead. Thats such an interesting theme, how kindness in a world where shallow callousness prevails, seem odd and worrying. Eric’s character is just gentle kindness personified, hes so sweet with miesa and the gradual relationship development they both have feels so fulfilling. I love how sensitive and attentive the author is when they expanded miesa’s character and trauma, its not a one time thing brush under the rug kind of thing, like miesa is genuinely having a hard time reconnecting with her emotions that when eric shows her basic decency, she just shuts down and panics :( my heart breaks for her so much and just like eric, i feel so protective of her!!!!!!!!!!!! The court intrigue and drama is so well written it gave me solid anxiety and unease LMAO it really puts into perspective how things can be dangerous at any time especially given eric’s family’s position in the royal food chain. Like the stakes are there, the outliers sabotaging shit is actually stressful????? I want those two maids to dye like genuinely. Its one of those stories where i dont know what the end is gonna be like, i rlly just want the king to die, let the survived salakeze kid take the throne and let eric and miesa live this peaceful life together…. Another nice touch is how GOOD eric and miesa for each other. Eric whos been carrying the family burden in place of his father finally has someone he Wants to protect and care for. He gets to indulge miesa who expects absolutely nothing of him in return and miesa whos been treated so brutally, finally is received the kindness and gentleness thats been long due!!!!!!!!!! Theyre great for each other!!!!!!!! And eric being in constant communication with miesa is just the cherry on top really. Romantic chemistry is off the roof btw, the late night talks the author writes, the dialogue is so so well written and intimate. I love it so much????? Those moments make it so apparent to why theyre growing to love each other bc theyre just so gentle together!!!!! And the kisses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had me feeling breathless like WOW!!!!!! Thats how u write intimacy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its so good!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ch28 rn and im gonna wait for solid tls to drop bc the elegance in the dialogue and phrasing adds so much depth to the story too… atmosphere and pacing is amazing it made me hella immersed. art is bgorgeous. Couple chemistry is wonderful. Characters are well written and eric is just a dream come true weaved into a man. U walk in to the Best Rofan ML of The Year awards and u see him u just gotta call it wraps and pack it up bc no ones seeing him??? At all??? Shot up the tiers and claimed first place best ml like its nothing???? Look at him????? Love him with my whole heart….. Just 10/10 addicting page turner. Put her in the magnum opus shelf!!!

God its such a well written story with an amazing pacing to it. Like i have no qualms about it being a pure, self indulgent love story of a dragon waiting endlessly for his mate. Its so hopelessly romantic and to make something simple like this Good and enjoyable? Author won. Simple as that!!! Taehyuk and hyo un’s relationship developed so naturally and their dynamic is just so adorable. I love how level headed and charismatic taehyuk is versus hyo un’s pure uncontrolled teary eyed yearning …. They love eachother so much TT hyo un’s back story was so heart breaking, i loved the story telling and narrative voice in the backstory it just suits the folklore atmosphere so much it flowed so seamlessly to the next scene….. and GOD im such a sucker for human x immortal ESPECIALLY when the human has a set predetermined lifespan and is the immortal’s forever mate spanning thru reincarnations like AHHHHHHH my boy hyo un waited for 3 centuries……….. with everything he went through and seeing his lover dying (twice almost!) i personally would have killed myself LMAO. Like i could notttttttttt handle that mind numbing amount of yearning…..its so heart breaking… it explains hyo un’s standoffish and wary attitude in the beginning too….. my sweet dragon boy u deserve the world and more TT and i love how natural it was for taehyuk to fall back in love with hyo un… even after the amnesia, loving hyo un is the easiest thing for him to do its so TTTTT i wanna throw up bite a wall and fucking crybdhdjsj hyo un’s crocodile binghe tears is such a cherry on top too GOD i love crying mls so much u are so special to me… MOST OF ALL the sex scenes are fucking spectacular. Another soothing balm to the soul kind of read…. I adore the setting and season it took place, it’d really be the perfect summer anime love story.. i hope they get an anime adaptation next :’) Art is amazing, the fact that the author took their time to draw the background is so crazy, love how fluid the line movement is for the figures. And the couple dynamic is just so so sweet and adorably naive. Ryuuji being amane’s first boyfriend and relationship is so perfect, im so happy for him and ryuuji being so considerate and kind towards amane is so sweet too AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I love their dynamic so much man, the lil jealousy chapter ryuuji had rlly takes the cake for me bc i can see how their dynamic will easily go to “A falls first but B falls harder” territory AHHH cant even fault ryuuji for it, amane is just the sun personified TT the friendly social butterfly TTT and amane carrying that trauma of constantly lying to protect himself :’(( sunshine character whos holding some sort of trauma i lov u so much…. Ryuuji’s constant reassurance and need to communicate with amane is great too AHH its just such a chill and sweet and no stress bl??? I rlly hope they get their flowers and have an anime adaptation soon :’) 10/10 easily. Wishful thinking but i do hope their slice of life continues until they go to uni, would love to see how their dynamic grows in uni/tokyo hehe slice of life bl my bread and butter…….

Suprisingly well paced for a short story. Sure the conflict mc had was resolved pretty quickly but the couple progression felt just right! Theyre so so sweet with each other. I LOVE the lil misunderstanding they had with the ml thinking mc liked someone else, only to realise it was him he liked instead, it made the lil journal entries mc did soooooo adorable and sweet. AHHHH. Mc went through so much and i love how ml is so considerate through everything, mc is rlly such a dear, their sex scene was drawn so beautifully TTT felt awe struck seeing mc’s face during the scene, hes so fucking cute. AHH!!!!!!!!! It ended nicely for 4 chapters which is amazing. They def deserve two volumes at least bc i would loveee to see their characters and relationship develop more as time went by

A perfect, succinct and Classic childhood friends to lovers trope with the most adorable dynamic ever. Like seriously theres no notes, author nailed it. Its so lighthearted and sweet, and what makes it so engaging and memorable despite the cliche trope is the whole atmosphere it has, its a very summery, fresh and quiet coming of age story, the fishing harbor/sea setting amplifies it more and issa’s genuine empty head personality paired with nagisa’s clumsy and bold personality makes it even better… issa just got the tism thats my bby…… love how nagisa knows issa needs clear explanation regarding things and how despite his embarrassment, nagisa tries to deliver it as best as he can and issa soaks it in so wholeheartedly, its all just so fucking earnest and clumsy and cute omg the communication is top tier as well, i love how fresh and new the love feels too, its so endearingly clumsy at how theyre both figuring things out. I think what makes it so nice is there isnt rlly a big declaration of love? Like the love has always been there since the beginning, quietly growing and they both knew that, are aware of that, and is so comfortable with all the ambiguous touching, its very befitting with the childhood friends dynamic!!!!!!! And when the first kiss happened, it all clicked like a perfect puzzle and they both just Knew. Its so fucking good??? Idk the tender and relaxed atmosphere rlly carried the story for me its just so damn good omg…… Also that panel in ch4 of issa’s head in nagisa’s lap and theyre both curled into each other was so stunning, so much natural intimacy and chemistry!!!!!!!!! their source of comfort entwined with one another!!! Took my breath away seriously it captured their dynamic so well…. AND DONT FORGET THE LITTLE PENGUIN WADDLE THEY BOTH DID TOGETHER WITH NAGISAS FEET ON ISSAS omg… One of the best intimate and natural anatomy interactions ive seen for sure..… the pacing, anatomy, dynamic and dialogue, everything, author rlly nailed it!!!!!!! Theyre so good in writing very muted, tender love stories with a mature, sort of ambiguous atmosphere to it, i love it so much… author my goat.. give them their deserved flowers and adaptations…

Seriously no notes this is a perfect childhood friends to lovers trope the little cliche conflict, the constant communication, the earnest love, everything was done so well, author cooked lol. The artstyle and panels are so beautiful too. Seriously, its such a nice, feel good, lighthearted and well written childhood to lovers love story. Their couple dynamic is adorable too, love how maturely they progressed in each stage of their relationship. The confession and revelation all are done so nicely. No unnecessary drama whatsover!!! Their coming out to their moms and ao’s lil sister was done quite sensitively too? Ao’s convo with ryouta’s mom was rlly rlly good too, i love that when ao apologised how he couldnt give her a grandchild, her reply was just “well seems like u gotta visit us more often then” and i find that such a nice reply??? Something in my asian lil heart healed at how Easy ryouta’s mom’s solution to it. Its so nice…. Idk Its just always refreshing to see authors Explicitly and considerstely approach asian queer experiences and topics in their stories rather than reducing the characters feelings to “i only feel this way to u and no other guy” kind of thing. The added nuance makes it rlly enjoyable and memorable to me personally lol And dont get me started on the proposal!!! Its so fucking sweet, nothing grand, just an impromptu lil thing by the bridge/street but it still packs enough of a romantic punch bc of how sweet and earnest their dialogue and narration was. Love how they immediately stopped bu the civil hall LOL good for them!!!! very soulmate behaviour!! i love how the atmosphere the author kept throughout the story. Very muted, natural and mature in all their interactions and dialogue. Their silhouettes and intimacy flows so naturally with each other. ryouta’s such an adorable ml with an even attractive moe gap when it comes to ao. Hes so earnest and devoted, i love him so much his personality bounces off so well with ao’s more upbeat and steadfast personality :’) usually with extrovert mc x introvert ml theres always some kind of comical loudness to the story and beat, but this is just so nice and quiet and muted? It doesnt do Too much. It just feels rlly nostalgic and carries a sweet coming of age tinge to it in their romance that ive come to rlly love!!! Author excelled in the atmosphere a lot!!!! Seriously, i have nothing else to say but praises. Its vanilla and the perfect kind of vanilla that isnt too bland. A very sweet and addicting vanilla!!!! Saw a comment that described this story/couple perfectly “dont you love it when the childhood friends to lovers are so intertwined with e/o its giving Anyone you meet will have to know me in order to understand You” AND THEYRE RIGHT!!! its that feeling exactly with ao and ryouta!!!! And author captured that feeling so fucking well!!! i know for sure im gonna reread this LMAO. So happy theres gonna be a 3rd volume :3c im rlly enjoying the slice of lifeness!!! Hope it gets an anime or drama adaptation soon!!
