I love the chasing arc so fucking much in this omg, love how straight forward and to the point jun is especially when he sat yoonseul down to ask if he likes him to which yoonseul said he didnt and jun just replies “alright thanks for telling me” and leaves like wow?? i find that so refreshing it gagged me a bit ngl lol like he rlly just left from that encounter with so much grace and zero confusion of whats going on (or hope in what Could go on) between them two. just 100% eye opening clarity and i love that for him ( the angst of it all) LMAO The trope where the situationship slash cishet guy isnt ready to fully commit and realises that hes about to fumble the best thing in his life is such a solid conflict that i will love EVERYTIME!!!! I eat it up always LMAO heemins reality check talk to yoonseul is one of my favourites in here too like that shit was honest to god scripture lol “okay now imagine that guy loving someone else, you twiddled ur thumbs too long and missed ur chance, he doesnt like you anymore and you have no place in his heart anymore. They go their way and you never see them again” and it cuts to yoonseul looking so pathetically distraught its sad and hilarious all at the same time it was so good to see him wet puppy his way back into jun’s good graces LMAO ahhh i love it….. so cathartic lol especially that scene where he waited hours in front of the bakery, just being full of himself thinking its all going to plan LMAO i just love it!!!!!! I wouldve loved it even more if there was a timeskip and its yoonseuls turn instead to pine over jun lol he deserves it!! Surprisingly really fucking good with the character depth and development especially yirim. Hes so? My manipulative low self esteem blorbo…,.. i love him so much…. Went into this expecting that the redemption/growth arc of the ml is gonna be one chapter long and mc’s backbone to be nonexistent but im actually pleasantly surprised that im wrong??????? WOOHOO!!!!! Favourite chapter is 52 and the arc after LMAO garam clocked jaehyuk’s ass with a swiftness. A ritual killing. And i fucking loved it!!!!!!! Had that man banished from their rooms and wallowing in homoerotic gay yearning so strong it rewired his entire brain LMAO. Seriously jaehyuk is peak boyfailure. Stupidly loud, spoiled and an enormous fucking loser, doing all sorts of gift giving and aftercare to his fuck buddy and claims its all no homo like alright man yawn whatever thank fuck he gathered his shit together bc him begging his mom for that tteokbokki sponsorship and lying about the apartment all bc he wants to impress garam is INSANE. HILARIOUS EVEN his growth arc was so satisfying to see, he deserves to bumble around like an idiot getting his ass read to filth by garam lol put him through the wringer idc!!!!!! If author does something about that then easily this will be one of the magnum opuses of an enemies to lovers bl lol EASILY!!!!!! Art is great, it improved so much and the pacing is decent. Romantic chemistry is definitely there and the dynamic is a hilarious straight x gay enemies to lovers classic lmao. RAHHHHHHHHH THIS STORY THE PACING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE PANELS!!!!!!!!!!!!! i love everything about this story, the main characters are so refreshing and down to earth. I love the changing perspectives going from hyunwook’s to wonyoung’s in the end. Most of all i just love the overall drama of the story being about these two people trying to move on from their first loves and how the way they handled their love lifes in reaction to it. Hyunwook’s confidence in thinking he Will be his first love’s endgame resulting in him being easy going and not treating it seriously vs Wonyoung’s overthinking and treating his infatuation with his first love Too Seriously causing him unable to connect with other relationships is so fucking good. Bc by the end of it, u can see them adapting each other’s characteristics in other to make Their relationship work. Hyunwook wanting to be more serious and wonyoung trying to be more open, Its such a satisfying character growth!!!! The characters feel so down to earth too as well as the conflicts. I feel so much for wonyoung and his struggle to move on from minseok especially in his situation where he doesnt have a support system other than minseok and how much that affected him. And bc hes gay, all the little things minseok unknowingly does still holds so much weight, it just becomes even more painful for him and makes letting go soo hard especially since hes been holding those feelings for 10 years. Its such a solid conflict for his character that is different from hyunwook with heeseo that i cant help but resonate more with. And i love how minseok doesnt turn out to be jerk, just an oblivious kind guy who views wonyoung as his brother and nothing more. I love how hyunwook was there to give wonyoung the hard truth about the situation. That scene where hyunwook realises that wonyoung and minseoks situation is much different than his and heeseo to the point its like their intertwined orbits is soooo fucking good!!!!!!!!! That realization that two of his loves, the past and present, navigating themselves more towards minseok whos caring and affectionate, something he isnt, is so satisfying LMAO it rlly put him into perspective and made him aim to be more open and affectionate with wonyoung GRRR its all done so fucking well God i have notes no complaints (other than hyunwook being a yapper LMAO) the gangster sub plot is decent as well if not just a bit rushed. The story’s dialogue, characters and atmosphere felt so mature and solid. The way they treated the one night stand, the rising climax of their relationship, the way hyunwook handled his confession Poorly and him trying to win wonyoung over, wonyoung being so worried about his future with hyunwook, AHHH everything is just so well written. The restaurant crime scene was such a fun escalation omg i wouldve loved if the author used more of that crime solving plot with wonyoung’s restaurant as the background/meeting spot to solve crimes lol i ate it all up enthusiastically!!! Wonyoung selling the restaurant is such a nice closure for him and AND my favourite is the intimate pillow talks AHHH its all so well done and executed their relationship feels so fucking solid, their vulnerability with each other is so sweet and meaningful. Dreamy sigh. Everything is 10/10. Sex scene was delicious, the anatomy and poses was stunning. Hyunwook stopping when wonyoung tells him to is so attractive AHHHHHH i just love this story so much. The romance, the banter, the dirty talk and hyunwook calling wonyoung pretty AHH!!! My god and the title drop was so nice too, it makes perfect correlation to the story, ; your seconds are just as exciting, maybe even more! It parallels rlly well with the theme too; a story about moving on and letting go of your first love. Its so bittersweet :’) The artist does such a great job with the panels and pacing. i fucking love u artist and author the absolute dream team. and god the conclusion of it was satisfying! It explores the perspectives in romantic and platonic relationships rlly well given the chapters it has. I hope we get extras def one of those stories that i think would be good as a kdrama!! Lots of layers to this that im feeling conflicted about. First, as much as i love them this sequel didnt feel necessary BUT. i do hope it turns into this introspective arc where we get into daehyungs perspective in the relationship compared to yiyoung’s pov. Some swooning and drama from the ml is always very much welcomed! Second. Inhales. @ daehyung, i get where youre coming from but some things are just better left unsaid bc why the Fawk are you tryna manifest some shit in the future that hasnt even come and probably would never happen? Im sure yiyoung Knows what hes getting into when he entered the relationship. i feel sorry for yiyoung bc hearing that as a lover fucking sucks LMAO. “Will the two of us never see the same future?” Yiyoung im so sorry babe Completely understand daehyung’s background and his reasoning bc he went through that when he was young and he loves yiyoung so much to want to do the same if the day comes, but still, read the room man LOL thats the kind of stuff you say in the beginning of a relationship to cover all bases. Heck, maybe when a breakup happens. Not DURING the relationship itselfhdnd Third!!!! Now that ive seen the conflict (which is valid) i sure fucking hope daehyung gets a character development arc where hes more outward with how he feels. Being “too matured” can have its flaws too and his way of showcasing it with the “inevitable breakup” convo is prime example like why are u shooting yourself in the foot why are u planting seeds of doubt in your lover jdjjdj daehyung i beg u dawg go to a therapist and talk this shit out bc surely that long list of (failed, dumped, age gap) relationships left a mark on him lol It really feels like author is building up some sort of breakup arc soon and a potential timeskip where yiyoung Does meet new people and experiences and they reunite later. Idk but oh well if that really happens i hope to god daehyung grovels and be a pathetic pining yearninf lover boy for once bc well u preached about it so u gotta walk the talk now man LMAO we’ve seen enough character growth from yiyoung since the first installment until now (with how much he tries to rationalize his feelings and control his reactions) so i sure do hope we get some daehyung character growth here lmao

Even the severity of geonwoo’s life/job was done and depicted so well, i love how the author doesnt make geonwoo’s chara have a total 180 after dating euijoon, hes still rough and grumpy but my god u can see him try his best to be good for euijoon and if that isnt love and commitment then idk what is and u can SEEE how in love he is with euijoon like god hes exasperated but hes so endeared at the same time ITS JSUT SO GOOD..!!!!!! This story is rlly so near and dear to my heart, i waited every week for the update ALWAYS. For nearly 2 years!!! And to see it end is so bittersweet T-T.. its the perfect ending too bc they (especially geonwoo) deserve a gentle and kind ending. The final monologue where euijoon hopes geonwoo’s time with him is the most happiest and ordinary time of his life,,, my heart TT im so happy for them… love euijoon and geonwoo forever… geonjoon love forever,,, my blorbos ,,, TTTTT

INSANE PAGE TURNER I can see how its not for everyone but i absolutely loved it. I couldnt put my phone down and just finished it in one go. Its such a frustrating and toxic story, but underneath all that its undeniable how well written this story is. Author gave all the main and side charas such amazing depth they all felt Real and grounded. Its a VERY unconventional love story, its toxic and infuriating and frustrating but the resolution the author did was honestly not bad. Author builded up jiwoo’s toxicity for so many chapters and to finally see eunsung break up with him was SO satisfying. Even the petty/fucked up way he treated jiwoo was satisfying to read!! And i couldnt blame him bc jiwoo was such a textbook emotional manipulator/abuser. The author rlly took a leap in how they wrote jiwoo bc its so real, and seeing jiwoo and eunsung really, REALLY fight was so intense and stressful. And even with all of that, i adore how the author doesnt write this half assedly. Each dialogue and action and pacing was done so so well. Even the conclusion of the story was written maturely. No one was right or wrong, it all boils down to such a gray morality standpoint that it was useless to point fingers at the end. Eunsung couldve made a clean break up but no he always taunted his exes and jiwoo took everything for granted until eunsung could not take it anymore. It was just pure toxicity waiting to explode and it did!! Author wrote eunsung’s monologue so well too. One thing i absolutely love is eunsung falling out of love with jiwoo and how resolute he is in this. No wishy washy writing, he did not love jiwoo anymore and jiwoo rlly had to win him back. Its so rare to see in romance stories where the mc blatanly says to the audience their lack of feelings for the ml and its honestly refreshing. and also sad but also understandable lmao The story gives u so much contradictory feelings, u just feel conflicted throughout the story and if that was the author’s intention then they did that insanely well LMAO ALSO really love the ending. Was kind of rooting for eunsung and jiwoo to separate properly but this kind of ending, with all the pacing and progression/development the author did, it felt okay. They wanted to try again, with more established boundaries and communication and thats good. Bc rlly, the whole theme of the story is about the importance of boundaries and compromise in a relationship. Hopefully if they ever want to end things, it will be on a more mature and positive note (but very unlikely to happen bc jiwoo is insanely emotionally dependent on eunsung lmao) Overall its a very addicting read. I couldnt stop from binging it all!!!! Love the writing, the pacing, the development of all characters. Its such a realistic take on relationships, its a simple 10/10 for me lmao. Just a story of very flawed characters trying to make a flawed relationship work. Its pitiful to see but it happens irl so it left me with a peculiar, mature, bittersweet aftertaste. Full 10/10 purely bc of the author’s way of depicting their relationship and development and how no one is right (except for minji and dongwoon tho ily) and that in itself is left a memorable impression on me. Gonna remember this story for a long time lol its going to go in my list of bl magnum opuses just for how well the author navigated the story of two flawed individuals and the impression it left on me. 10/10 kudos to author!!!!

Ahhhh this was a really fun read!!! The author could definitely stretched it out more, the ending felt a little rushed and abrupt TTT would have loved to see more of tae oh/tae jun and dong jae’s slice of life post relationship TTT the writing and overall cover about DID was quite good too, taejun’s past and trauma was devastating and im glad that the author didnt bring back taejun’s past lover into the scene for unnecessary drama, it wouldve become so convoluted lol but im happy at how the author tackled tj/to and dj’s relationship and chemistry!!!!!!!! Im sorry taejun i rlly love his alter taeoh more LMAO i was almost rooting for taeoh to just fully take over and be the host for the system/body hhh hes so charismatic and just a big lover boy im a sucker for that hhhh the differences in how the author depicted them was cool too, its very stark (hair style, outfits, mannerism, facial expressions) and its cute to see that even dj can differentiate them both lol and DONGJAE!!!! Pretty pretty beefy boy!!!!!!! Love how hes so endearingly new and innocent to everything but also can pack a punch when needed lmao but the best part was definitely him distancing himself from taejun and even!!!
