RAHHHHHHHHH THIS STORY THE PACING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE PANELS!!!!!!!!!!!!! i love everything about this story, the main characters are so refreshing and down to earth. I love the changing perspectives going from hyunwook’s to wonyoung’s in the end. Most of all i just love the overall drama of the story being about these two people trying to move on from their first loves and how the way they handled their love lifes in reaction to it. Hyunwook’s confidence in thinking he Will be his first love’s endgame resulting in him being easy going and not treating it seriously vs Wonyoung’s overthinking and treating his infatuation with his first love Too Seriously causing him unable to connect with other relationships is so fucking good. Bc by the end of it, u can see them adapting each other’s characteristics in other to make Their relationship work. Hyunwook wanting to be more serious and wonyoung trying to be more open, Its such a satisfying character growth!!!! The characters feel so down to earth too as well as the conflicts. I feel so much for wonyoung and his struggle to move on from minseok especially in his situation where he doesnt have a support system other than minseok and how much that affected him. And bc hes gay, all the little things minseok unknowingly does still holds so much weight, it just becomes even more painful for him and makes letting go soo hard especially since hes been holding those feelings for 10 years. Its such a solid conflict for his character that is different from hyunwook with heeseo that i cant help but resonate more with. And i love how minseok doesnt turn out to be jerk, just an oblivious kind guy who views wonyoung as his brother and nothing more. I love how hyunwook was there to give wonyoung the hard truth about the situation. That scene where hyunwook realises that wonyoung and minseoks situation is much different than his and heeseo to the point its like their intertwined orbits is soooo fucking good!!!!!!!!! That realization that two of his loves, the past and present, navigating themselves more towards minseok whos caring and affectionate, something he isnt, is so satisfying LMAO it rlly put him into perspective and made him aim to be more open and affectionate with wonyoung GRRR its all done so fucking well God i have notes no complaints (other than hyunwook being a yapper LMAO) the gangster sub plot is decent as well if not just a bit rushed. The story’s dialogue, characters and atmosphere felt so mature and solid. The way they treated the one night stand, the rising climax of their relationship, the way hyunwook handled his confession Poorly and him trying to win wonyoung over, wonyoung being so worried about his future with hyunwook, AHHH everything is just so well written. The restaurant crime scene was such a fun escalation omg i wouldve loved if the author used more of that crime solving plot with wonyoung’s restaurant as the background/meeting spot to solve crimes lol i ate it all up enthusiastically!!! Wonyoung selling the restaurant is such a nice closure for him and AND my favourite is the intimate pillow talks AHHH its all so well done and executed their relationship feels so fucking solid, their vulnerability with each other is so sweet and meaningful. Dreamy sigh. Everything is 10/10. Sex scene was delicious, the anatomy and poses was stunning. Hyunwook stopping when wonyoung tells him to is so attractive AHHHHHH i just love this story so much. The romance, the banter, the dirty talk and hyunwook calling wonyoung pretty AHH!!! My god and the title drop was so nice too, it makes perfect correlation to the story, ; your seconds are just as exciting, maybe even more! It parallels rlly well with the theme too; a story about moving on and letting go of your first love. Its so bittersweet :’) The artist does such a great job with the panels and pacing. i fucking love u artist and author the absolute dream team. and god the conclusion of it was satisfying! It explores the perspectives in romantic and platonic relationships rlly well given the chapters it has. I hope we get extras def one of those stories that i think would be good as a kdrama!! Rip to namin tho (gorgeous chara design) bc he could NOT match the freak levels those two had for each other, good for him even bc girl u deserve someone better LMAO Its obvious that the series started as like this self indulgent boycunt pwp story and i was already on board with it like author fr had one hand on the pen and the other on the peanits type plot (which is amazing) but then suddenly the story developed into this great psychological deep dive of cheolho’s psyche in the epilogue and its just amazing? His panicked spiral is hands down one of the best depictions of a mental breakdown ive seen in a bl. The buildup to it was so beautifully done. The symbolism and the intensity of it was so fucking good!!!!!!!!! Everyone looking like jintae to cheolho, the incoherent rambling, cheolho all bloodied up. Just Masterful storytelling and visual translation seriously. Completely understand why author chose that as their favourite scene, that’d have been my magnum opus too if i were them LMAO. Just stellar progression with the characters in the epilogue. All in all its such a satisfying read. 10/10!! Stunning anatomy, amazing sex scenes (pussy gobbler cheolho my goat!!!!!!!!!! the reverse almost cowgirl penetration scene is so crazy author u madlad), great pacing and beautiful panels. Author self indulged on what they wanted to show the most and i think thats why its just perfect all around lol. Really cute premise and i love how chill the mc is like yes he gets flustered a lot which is adorable but the way he approaches things with the ml is really nice and refreshing, it suits his age. The only gripe i hve is the briefness in the aftermath of mc’s assault. It was so brief and weirdly unimpactful i wondered why the author even added it ? The expressions and follow up sequence after that felt so odd and jarring, like something so traumatic happened but mc and ml kind of brush past it ? Feel like more exposition about mc dealing with it and ml helping him through it while also psychoanalyzing the feelings hes having for mc would have tied it up nicely. The fact that author didnt expand it just a tiny bit made the rhythm of the story stutter awkwardly a bit. Yea Idk everything was great, its just that moment that left a weird taste in my mouth lol. Overall a nice fun read! Gorgeous art style and anatomy!! And beautiful 30+ mc!!! Delicious meal eitherway !

Its so lighthearted and sweet, and what makes it so engaging and memorable despite the cliche trope is the whole atmosphere it has, its a very summery, fresh and quiet coming of age story, the fishing harbor/sea setting amplifies it more and issa’s genuine empty head personality paired with nagisa’s clumsy and bold personality makes it even better… issa just got the tism thats my bby…… love how nagisa knows issa needs clear explanation regarding things and how despite his embarrassment, nagisa tries to deliver it as best as he can and issa soaks it in so wholeheartedly, its all just so fucking earnest and clumsy and cute omg the communication is top tier as well, i love how fresh and new the love feels too, its so endearingly clumsy at how theyre both figuring things out. I think what makes it so nice is there isnt rlly a big declaration of love? Like the love has always been there since the beginning, quietly growing and they both knew that, are aware of that, and is so comfortable with all the ambiguous touching, its very befitting with the childhood friends dynamic!!!!!!! And when the first kiss happened, it all clicked like a perfect puzzle and they both just Knew. Its so fucking good??? Idk the tender and relaxed atmosphere rlly carried the story for me its just so damn good omg…… Also that panel in ch4 of issa’s head in nagisa’s lap and theyre both curled into each other was so stunning, so much natural intimacy and chemistry!!!!!!!!! their source of comfort entwined with one another!!! Dont get me started in the way author handled ennid’s rising attraction to glunn especially with his conservative upbringing. Glunn’s understanding in ennids anxiety in sexuality is executed so considerately and sensitively i just fucking love it especially their conversation around it???? Plus The chemistry is off the roofs too AHHH i just love it so much!! The world building and its politics is really solid as well like im rlly curious to who casted that curse on glunn, varagus’ play in the overall plot and the relevance of the potion that reveals ones future spouse. Lots of the plot is moving and i just cant wait for everything to click together. MAN Everything is just A+ every chapter, i hope i hope i hope the ending is satisfying and wraps up all the loose ends nicely! I hve so much high hopes for it bc so far all the minor little plot points are addressed (even IM SHOCKED) so im hoping that ending SLAPS!!!!! Like i genuinely had such a great time reading this.
