The Young Lady is A Royal Chef
I really don't like this one at all. It's exactly the type of reincarnation into another world story I despise. There's no actual depth, it makes light of abuse and suicide, and all the characters are very irritating.
Mystery to Iunakare
I never stop thinking about this manga. You won't regret reading this, I promise you!
The Abandoned Empress
Worst reincarnation OI I have ever read in my entire life. holy fuck.
Namidaame to Serenade
Currently in my shoujo/josei era and while I've been reading a ton of works, this one really sets itself apart from the rest. The romance is immaculate, the characters all have incredible depth, and the plot is so intriguing!! It's somehow dramatic, slice of life-y, and fantastical all at the same time and I am absolutely in love!! Features time travel, a gentle and besotted male lead, and wholesome relationships of all types! A must read!
Oni to Tengoku
Wow, what a ride. Did not think I would be so into this, but I was so entertained by this manga that I ended up reading the whole thing in one sitting. I remember dropping this before since this story starts off as the 'typical yaoi' with boundary crossings, rough, borderline non-con sex, and sprinkles of manipulation, but I gave it another shot and it actually became good?? It was so interesting reading about the shifting dynamics, seeing the transition of two broken men in a fwb situationship becoming a real couple, the emotional maturity of the teacher/mc developing over time, as well as showing the vulnerability of mr.nurse who you'd *think* holds all the cards ;) I do have mixed feelings on how the manga handled the teacher's abuse trauma, but I appreciated the affirmation that you don't have to forgive someone just because they've changed/shown remorse, so I won't dwell on it too much. Solid manga overall! **The Nurse is NOT a pedo! He does not get involved with nor leads on any student! He is fucked up for many reasons, but touching high schoolers is not one of them. Not sure where people are getting this idea - the rumours are there, and the main character is suspicious of him, but that's all there is to it. This gets quickly debunked in the first chapter, work on your reading comprehension guys
