This... bro. So, so heartwarming. Amazing and just wholesome . They really love eachother in a way that us as readers cannot measure. Such Pure and precious Friendship. A beautiful story of friendship and learning to accept yourself and also learning to change the bad parts of yourself for the better. the lead characters are disabled, I gained a strong affection for the two protags. They really warm my heart, equally. Their interactions especially. Kenji just wanted to be loved, thanks Yu you're the Kindest. The side characters are also so wholesome. The book shows disability in an uplifting, positive light, even if there is a lot of darkness throughout the story. All of that darkness gives a powerfully creative context to the changes and character developments with both Yu and Kenji. Even the side characters served their purposes of building up our MC's throughout their journeys.
