I think about this story so often. Loved it! Two men meet by chance but their fates are bound together forever after. A confident, highly skilled sword fighter gets surprise help from the King of the land who then orders him to become his personal bodyguard. The King is not only a skilled fighter himself but he also doesn't trust even those close to him. The man is suspicious of becoming a bodyguard for such a man but over time, their trust in each other grows.

Bwahahaha! The best! I always wondered why it's always Akira who gets screwed. It's not fair that he doesn't get to top. Now I have my answer XD

So good! Demonic powers, a main character's life whose fated to blood and turmoil, backstabbings and loyalties tested, this story is perfect! (Ending sucks though imo :P) Set in historic Italy, a time when the country was still divided under various royal families all united through the Pope and religious influence. Cesare, a child born through a deal wit the devil, wishes for nothing more than to defy the fate given to him and find a world he could live in. But when corruption seeps through every corridor, that proves difficult. Everyone is trying to find their own version of peace but it's path is covered in secrecy and bloodshed.

Ch. 1 - at first i was put off by the whole immediately fallen in love/perfect for each other thing but i decided to keep reading because the maid was so adorably cute. BOI, am i glad i did! that twist had me FLOORED. and the way he changed!! Yes! "Call me Nagisa" indeed. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Holy crap this story is WILD! The story is WOW, the sex is WOW, the art is WOW. . . I'm just dead. This is Deviants on a whole other level. Manga versions of Kevin x Gabriel. Emotionally troubled sadist falls for naive brainwashed uke. LOVE IT.
