Definitely filled what I was looking for; something dark and full of drama. It's TEARS. It's emotional pain. It's more conflict than just some stupid love triangle. It's someone on the verge of life and death, choosing between their partner and world.

What a ride! Started off kind of slow, but true to it's genre, kept you hooked the whole time with a deeply interesting plot. A story of murder and vengeance all guided by the stars of fate.

I think about this story so often. Loved it! Two men meet by chance but their fates are bound together forever after. A confident, highly skilled sword fighter gets surprise help from the King of the land who then orders him to become his personal bodyguard. The King is not only a skilled fighter himself but he also doesn't trust even those close to him. The man is suspicious of becoming a bodyguard for such a man but over time, their trust in each other grows.
