Omegaverse, mpreg. We're only at chapter one so not much to say BUT it seems a bit weird to me. The uke gets impregnated by his boyfriend (I assume) and wants to hide it. Then he needs to make a 100K to get an abortion (I think, not 100% sure) so he's really stressed and eventually collapses. The uke really lacks communication skills and the seme is just there.
